Over the last 3 years I have been trying to get a recall completed on my 2013 Yamaha ST. In 2018 and 2019 at the beginning of the season I brought in the letter about the recall and was told, "we will call you when the part comes in". Nothing at all, crickets. This year I try again and ask to get a few other things done as well, while it was there. My bike sat there for a week and none of the work was done at all. Bought a used dirt bike for my daughter a few months back ,really never used it. Had a minor issue with shifter ,called and spoke with Jeremy and he said bring it right down . I got a call back a day later for pick up and they took care of it ! It was a minor repair and the service department was great about it. Great owner and great service!! I have and will always buy my toys from them!!! thanks again guys

Service MUST be improved. Technician know how to get your money and do less work. Managers to don return calls. If I need to fix my bike, it will be in different dealership

They know their stuff and can give you good recommendations on parts and accessories. If you have a question they have an answerer. I’m always excited to be heading to motorsports international and always leave happy.
