Have had 2 special orders, and my experience has been terrific. Chris M takes care to make sure he understands exactly what I need, orders it properly, calls me when it is in. I've been in the store, and friendly, prompt service. Greeted by everyone as I walk through (so important in Retail). This is my new "go to" place for all our needs (Harleys, Hondas, Suzukis).
