We are staying there this Wednesday and we have been guest many times always have had a perfect room and staff is always very friendly

They do not deserve a rating. The front desk clerk Roderick was rude, blatantly disrespectful. I called his boss Matthew to report his behavior and never received a follow up phone call. However, I did get a very "PC"email from Issac, never once mentioning the #HORRIBLE #CUTOMER #SERVICE my party and I received. All I have to say is #never again.

Stayed here this past Saturday night to celebrate my anniversary with my husband, although we did have a great time we door and a VERY disgusting bathtub. will never stay at the hotel again. After returning to our room late night we found a pair of women's underwear behind the bathroom TONS of dark curly hairs stuck to the inside walls of the tub.
