The hotel staff was friendly and provided fast service. The room itself was very nice, neat, and clean. Everything is convenient from the actual casino to the food places. You have to leave once you check in
My favorite people at Motor City Casino start right with the valet, Joe. He makes you feel special even on the way out! Very charming and pleasant. Our host, Darrol Clements, for a young man, presents himself and represents Motor City Casino with the highest degree of professionalism and sincerity. Stayed at Motorcity Casino last night & enjoyed fabulous room service, a luxurious room, watched Liam Nielsen (NONSTOP) & was treated to an unexpected FIREWORKS DISPLAY from the Detroit River!!! My LIFE GETS BETTER EVERY DAY. Thanks @MarianIllitch for your worldclass hotel...it's my new FAVORITE FUN SPOT!!!

In the past I have always had a good experience however every since I won this free room all I do is get the run around. Motor City is the only casino I patronage due to their atmosphere, service, and employees. However this whole experience had put a bad taste in my mouth and unfortunately I feel like taking my business else where. I have been trying weekly to book a room and it's always booked even when I tried to book 2 months in advance. Horrible
