A few of us went to the buffet at 3:58, they told us they were changing over and we would have a 15 minute wait. We paid $70 to eat. We were given drinks and grabbed a plate of food. They were changing food over. We never were given refills and we were told to get out that they closed at 4. We were told we were not allowed to eat the new food..one chef yelled at one of us as we tried for get food. Never were we told that they CLOSED AT 4. We wasted all that money for a plate of food. What's the point of having a promo like the play an hour and get a room comp if you can't use it? I called today and was told there are 30+ rooms available on Saturday the 24th and was then told my promo is only good for a room Sunday-thursday. This is stupid to me.
Very frustrated! Have been here often but finally decided to get a players card. Earned a free night at hotel and have been unable to use for months and its about to expire. They always say they are booked and to try back last minute to check for possible cancellations. Finally get ahold of them and they say they have a Saturday available but not good for my "first time" coupon. Only good for Sunday-Thursday. Funny, says nothing in terms & conditions that I see.
