Outstanding room, food, gym and customer service. The bathroom is FABULOUS.... What a fabulous tub to luxuriate in, the shower is divine and all the amenities. This was a fabulous choice for my StayCation
I went there last year, the service at the front desk was great....and the hot tube, made my whole body feel great...at check out, they ask how was my stay and was there any thing, they could have done to make it better. Because of that, i've Been to the sound board twice and had dinner there three time.
Good casino lots of new machines and the arcade is free and good food

Stayed at the Motor City Casino on my Birthday, Valentines Day. I just loved it. The Hotel Staff, Restaurant Staff and the Casino Staff were just wonderful to us. Thank you Motor City for the Best Birthday ever. God Bless you all.
This hotel does not care about customer service. They do not own up to front desk errors and will charge you for your room after cancellation claiming you never cancelled.
