Great experience with the service department!! I came here after a horrible experience at 3way Chevrolet to fix some issues. Motor City fixed my truck in one day where I have been trying to get 3way to fix my truck for 3 months!! My service advisor, Tim Carey, was awesome! Worse experience ever!!! Pride themselves with remarkable customer service- only if you are counting on the lack Of customer service! No one takes responsibility- everyone blames everyone else - no communication- pass the buck is more like what they provide .
