Would give 0 stars. Have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. Despite my loyalty, I’m finding that 1) No one answers the phone. 2) There is not even correct identification with the number re name of business, or even a proper message, so when you leave a message you have no idea if anyone got it. 3) There is no flexibility in working w management and employee to customize shifts, even if customer and employee agree about the customization and it satisfies them both.
