We were given the perfect room next to the elevator. Our room was fantastic and we had a great stay!
The pool should be heated and for the price the rooms should have refrigerators. There was no coffee machine or even a hair dryer. Not even a complimentary breakfast. I was pretty disappointed with my stay here.
This was pretty much the worst travel experience of my life so far. Apparently they have a problem with homeless people parking in the lot. As a result, which they did not disclose to me up front...when I came back to the hotel early this morning after attending a business convention the entire day...the hotel has a "Check Point". My brain could not wrap itself around the idea that I paid for a room in full earlier and now I was stopped from going to the room by the secur...Continue Reading

Truly wish I could give them negative stars. They treat this place WORSE than a prison. Literally you will have more rights as a prisoner. They illegally search you (no warrant) and illegally take photo copies of your ID. Avoid avoid avoid. I filed two complaints with corporate. Bye felicias
Even though I have stayed here before, this will be the last time I stay here. Incompetent front desk staff, charged us a different price that was quoted to us, asked for an ADA room because my friend is an amputee and they stick us where it seems like they put all the druggies at. My husband had confirmed a 2 queen bed room and they tried to put 3 of us in a while 1 bed motel room. Guy at front desk said I have you for one bed, even though my husband had a hard copy of the confirmation number.
I just arrived and I was locked in the bathroom someone had change the lock to the bathroom door not only that I had put the latch on the door to be safe but little did I know I would end up locked inside... My dog was crying thank goodness for the customer service Sierra who checked me came to save me with the help of Jose Luis the maintenance guy and they came up in a hurry and unlocked me out... Such a speedy service... Now I know to check the door knobs before closing the door... Thank you..
