the staff is very rude they do not ever clean the rooms they do have baby roaches in the bottom floor towards the back part of the building and they have them on the top floor their prices they lie about was watching somebody clean a room one day and they didn't even take off the sheets or anything they just covered it with another blanket I think they need to be shut down and reevaluated because of the way them running this is not healthy for an our environment!!!
Well the hospital was ok just that girl seem had semi attitude, until older lady came she was more friendly we originally reserved a one room one queen size bed but we turn out that we got a two full size beds and a room that stains thay look like blood in the roof and the floor look like it was semi clean a light that has never been clean just collecting dust. photos as evidence to show that how we got the room. the front desk staff has been very rude to me n my guests. they ask for I'd Everytime we come in. we have to get our key redone everyday. and then go back to get it fixed after we get to our room from getting it fixed. it's frustrating when ur hands are full and have to go back to get it fixed again. then the front desk is always looking on my bags. needs better maintenance than it does people
Room was dirty took all night to get pillows only one kind of coffee for breakfast the hot water had floating debris , for the price I expected more I'd only recommend this place if your in a pinch and it's the only one
