I strongly suggest you do not book or check out from this establishment as they do not deserve anyone's business after the way they treated my family who was staying there, got robbed by another guest and is now asked to leave because they were understandably upset at the lack of action done by the staff. Disney trip ruined. Terrible customer service. I used to love this place my sister and i would stay here every year i even recommended to a few people but as of this year i made a reservation and when i show up after a 4 hour ride to check in they said they cant let me stay there due to past issues but would not tell me what this issues are and when i talked to the manager he said he can not tell me.they didnt even notify me by phone or emailed me to let me know there was an issue so me and my sister had to walk around anahiem with all our luggage to find another hotel t... read more
I love staying here because it's in walking distance of Disneyland, restaurants, and stores. Every time I go 2 Disneyland, I always stay here because it's convenient. I will continue 2 come here whenever I go 2 Disneyland because it's somewhat cheaper than some hotels and because it's in walking distance of Disneyland.
Very friendly staff and beyond helpful love this hotel always stay here when we come to Disney very affordable and clean
Stayed here last weekend... room was ok but the chemicals and cleaning materials were extremely strong. I had to air out the room while we went to Disneyland. The next day I called front desk twice and told my housekeeper as we left to please not clean the room with chemicals just to do the beds and provide clean towels because I had allergies and would get anaphylaxis shock!! They didn't care and still cleaned my room with chemicals and I got very ill. I've never stayed at any hotel with such strong chemicals. review would ... read more
Had a confirmed and printed reservation, luckily we didn't pay ahead of time!!!! We show up and she couldn't find our reservation (even after I gave her the copy of it), then she said didn't even apologize for that. On top of that, she said come back in 1 hour and we didn't have to pay for two nights. Came back at 5, an hour later... She said, "it's barely 5am, I'm doing an audit." So here we are STILL waiting for a hotel room... In addition, I had to remind her it was for two rooms, like the reservation says.... No apology ... read more
