THEY PAINTED THE FLOOR OUTSIDE OUR ROOM TRAPPING US IN!! They told us they were painting but not the ground or that we wouldn’t be able to leave. We’re missing our last day at Disney that we’ve spent months planning and saving for. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!! We’ve been staying her at least 5 times a year for like 7 years and never will again. I am beyond pissed! The fumes are horrible and we haven’t eaten
housekeeping went through our luggage. we are missing a couple souvenirs.. the bed felt broken. our car and several others are covered in ants. As we left we had noticed a lot of ants crawling around the windows and rear seat
RecommendedSo super clean Staff didn’t have attitudes when u ask for more towels. And I still cat believe they have real Security officers that walk all night checking corners, asking and making sure u r supposed to b on the premises. Can’t wait to go back
Check-in was friendly and nice. Room was what I expected for a cheap motel however....mostly used toilet paper, no towels, floors not cleaned at all and main light to room broken. What made it worse is when I went to tell the night manager, she walked away while I was talking to her and came back to give me toilet paper and towels. No apologies. We stayed alittle over a week. During our stay the staff was nice the ladies in the front were great, but the manager in the morning shift treated me very unfairly. I had a letter sent to the motel I was expecting to pick up. She took me aside and started to say things to me that were in a way discriminating and profiling. She then made a statement to me that was to say the least, not how you speak to anyone as a guest at your motel. The rooms are nice, the showers do not have good pressure.
