Not bad but for the price it should be better. Housekeeping was bad & we found a hair in and stains on the sheets. They gave us a free night for that. They won't change your bedding unless you request it and they don't clean the floors so all of the dirt you bring in on your shoes ends up on your bare feet and then in your bed. The pool and spa were open and that was really nice. The hotel is about 1/2 mile from Disneyland so we chose to walk. Not ideal but it saved us money on parking. worst hotel ever!!!! They have undocumented staff speaking Spanish in front of guests..the staff at front desk are uneducated and rude..sorry you make $2 per hour take it out on someone else not the guests and I am calling immigration.. So run la migra is on the way
Really nice room, very accommodating we was delayed getting in a whole day and they went beyond to help us out, awesome pool and hot tub, shuttle service to Disney only .9 miles from Disney!
We were there last week, and were VERY disappointed! They do not have designated dog rooms. The rooms that my sister and her family and my family were in, was infested with fleas, and who knows, maybe even bed bugs! We complained, so they showed us,they moved us from the first floor to the fourth floor! With no better results!! As we were leaving I had filled out the survey that they left in the room, and I rated them very low, all but the customer service clerks. Bad WiFi.
I had a great time staying here last week! Super close to Disneyland (I walked to the park every day), the room had a great design and the staff was super friendly. No complaints here!
