RecommendedWell. We got there and the front desk ladies were amazing So nice and welcoming. For a great deal for 2 nights for our stay Probably the best place we had stayed at in the 3 hires we’ve been at........ bathroom was absolutely disgusting floor was filled with baby roaches and towels had pubic hairs on them behind the toilet a big black window...worst experience ever

Absolutely disgusting! Rooms look nothing like their photos. Cigarette holes in bedding in non smoking rooms. Stained/dirty sheets. These pictures were taking after I complained about how poorly the place was cleaned and was obviously not cleaned. The cap in the shower was there when I got the room. Floor is filthy, counters are filthy. Two rooms and both smells like pee and musk. Absolutely sickening. I wouldn’t recommend staying here! Stayed at motel 6 main gate last year and their pool, and laundry room was broken for the weekend (105 weather) until the last day, we stayed and we were comped one night free because of it. Just showed up again for a reservation we made over a month ago, went to check in (after driving since 1am, 7 year old simply waiting to get in the pool) we are told we cannot stay because of our complaints last year. This poor excuse of a "motel" is a total dump. Don't believe reviews about the staff being "nice." They just screw you with a smile. I travel often and stay at a lot of hotels -\-\ including motel 6's when I'm on the road -\-\ This is by far the worst experience I ever had. Here's the breakdown of my experience: ROOM: Bathroom has no door and is combined with a "closet" thats nothing more than just a few hangers next to the sink. This place is HORRIBLE! Do not waste your money, you will regret it! I don't even know how to go about telling you how bad this place is, right now, it's past midnight and I'm just trying to get this review done while I still have the energy, I'll highlight a few items for you: -Would not give me extra pillows ("they don't have more") -Water was only tepid, cool enough that I was cold when I got out of the shower -Wi-fi codes are supposed to be good for 24 hours. We have stayed here 5 or 6 different times but after this last one, we will not be back, nor will we recommend this hotel to anyone. 1) this has also been a problem in the past, every single day after the cleaning staff was in our room, the window was closed but not locked. One day we came back from the park to find our hotel room window wide open without even a screen in it to slow down anyone who may want in the room. Disgusting. On 12/15/17 through 12/16/17 we had a room and spent the day at Disneyland, we went to check in at around midnight we then found out they gave away our room so they gave us a room with a fridge mind you we have stayed here before with no issue but we never had a room with a fridge . So we open the door and turn the light on and a few coca roaches ran by so we immediately went back to the front desk to get a new room since it was so late , so she gives us a new room same issue so we decide to drive home to San Die... read more
