BE AWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING! I was trying to purchase a **** ***** from Mossy Toyota on 12.26.2020. I received offers on their website suggesting that the dealer will charge the MSRP price ($50K). I thought I was going to the dealership just to fill out the paperwork. I did a test drive of the vehicle and wanted to proceed with the purchase. Mossy Toyota pacific beach calif , complete lies & tried to bait & switch 2020 Tacoma trd sport 4x4 . I have 6 e mails and contract with prices and my finance approval . I drive 200 miles round trip to get this cement Tacoma on 9/13/20 10:30 am confirmed appointment time twice via text & e mail !! Very bad experience. Please be advise that this dealer will have false advisement. We are looking for a truck and saw an ad on **************for $38,000. When we got there the truck was selling for $48,000. If you are not going to sell the car at the advertise price then why advertise it. So disappointed. I would give an negative star but sadly i cant.

Seriously so disappointed with the quality of this dealership. As a military servicemember and a nurse who is trying to help as many people as I can, I didn’t and don’t feel appreciated here. Avoid this place if you can. I purchased a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid on 3/20/20 and was told I was their last deal for the time being due to the COVID pandemic. Where do I start? I'll start from the very beginning- get comfortable, it'll be a good one. My sister and I walked into Mossy Toyota on December 21, 2019 with our eyes set on getting new cars. This review has to do with their repair department. I got a flat tire at my own fault and when I brought the car in the repair shop at Mossy told me I needed to replace the rim, it was dinged up from the flat, but not to The point that it wouldn’t hold the tire or leak. I took the rim to a local repair shop and they said the rim was fine and had cosmetic damage only. I was basically told I needed to purchase a new rim which was more than 500 dollars. Mossy toyota has been nothing but great service for me. Buying my car was such an easy process, and they were so easy to work with. They really work with you and make the price work for you. Then I had to get my windshield replaced and they had great service! I would recommend and go back again and again!
