This business has been unbelievably frustrating to deal with. I took my car in a MONTH ago for its regular maintenance. Every time they complete a maintenance check they are supposed to provide you with a multi inspection ***ort. They did not provide that. Was there recently to buyout my lease, had agreed on a number and went off to the finance person who I was told was the finance manager. The sales person (***** C ) let me know that for me to buy out my lease I had to get the extended manufacture warranty. I didnt think much of it. When I was with the finance person had me sign the usual dmv paper work and a couple more forms. Went to dealership to purchase a car that was listed on their website. Was a very specific model and VIN. That car had not yet been received in inventory from the manufacturer. Negotiated a price based on a TrueCar offer. Signed all paperwork and provided a payment for the entire amount. Got a call from the dealer that "your car never was received from the manufacturer in our latest shipment, and we don't know what happened to it. But we have one that is kind of like it". Found a vehicle that matched what I had been looking for. Spoke to the salesman via email and scheduled a test drive. Got down there, drove the vehicle. Told them I had financing already set up. Told me to fill out a credit application. Asked why, I already have financing. Said they have everyone do it for security purposes. Immediately thought it was complete BS. Wanted $190 to diagnose a check engine light which I agreed to. After 3 hours they said it needed additional testing and it would be over $500 now. I said absolutely not and instructed them to get my vehicle back to me ASAP. Classic rip off slime ball tactics that I wasn't falling for. I hope I made them uncomfortable and ruined their day like they tried to do to mine.

PRICE GAUGING - UNPROFESSIONAL - STAY AWAY - DISHONEST This is the most unprofessional and dishonest car dealership I have ever come across. I had made a deal to buy a car in transit from salesman ******. We agreed on a price ($5000 above MSRP, due to supply issues). I went in to purchase a **** prime which was advertised with a $14,999 markup. The manager (**** *****) and I discussed pricing from $65,000 inclusive of the **** up down to $55,000 for the vehicle price. The sales sheet that I initialed showed that the $65,000 price did not include the $1,500 sales incentive from ********** Clean Fuel. When the $55,000 price was offered to me **** claimed it was clearly net of the incentive. If you are thinking of going here I would highly recommend you go to a different Toyota in *********.Horrible customer service Over priced service package by 3k and they still want to charge for things thats included double check before you pay for anything services because the employees don't check the systems to see if its included in your package it happened twice now.
