Horrible rude service! Alfa Romeo should be ashamed�
I specifically told them the issues with my car and I left with my car still having the same issue. I'm very disappointed! The guy updates my last name and phone number, but stills calls me at the old # to tell me my car was ready. I call in to check on it and they tell me they have been calling but couldn't leave a message. This happens to me 2x's already! Get it together!!!
Horrible customer service. The waiting room is awful (uncomfortable chairs, no water or coffee) and the representative was unwelcoming, inattentive and decided to take his lunch instead of telling me my car was ready.
Pretty lonely place and not very friendly, however the Nissan shuttle driver was excellent. Wish he was a service advisor. I did note that on the Nissan Service side the advisors were very friendly and looked busy. The Fiat side was empty, lonely and none interesting. I hope another dealership opens as this one appears to be the step child of the Nissan dealer
