We paid for a full year of service, but unfortunately, it didn’t solve the problem at all. We called several times and never received a call back. The issue was still there after the last application, and instead of getting help, our calls were ignored. On top of that, their AI voicemail is honestly pretty distasteful. Very disappointing experience, especially after paying for a full year of service.
Administrative staff is friendly. It’s a pleasure to deal with them. Service people are prompt and let us know when they are coming and when they have completed the service.
Mosquito Joe has always gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule. Each and every one of their staff members have been top notch. I would certainly recommend their services if you want to keep the mosquitos out of your yard.
