BUT this company is amazing and I had to share my experience! we have had a serious mosquito problem for years! my daughter walks out side and is covered in mosquitos within minutes! Booked mosquito joe for this morning, and I took time off from work to meet a new technician for a consultation. No one shows. I call in, they say winds are too high to spray in abilene. Good thing I called! No call from company, no notification. No courtesy call from them that they weren’t going to show. I had been sitting around waiting within my “window” for service since they needed a 3 hour window. Poor service.
I had considered using Mosquito Joe - West Richmond for some things I need taken care of. However, I came upon a sad and souring sight when I was eating at Waffle House by the Richmond airport around 3:30/4 o’clock in the afternoon and a Mosquito Joe employee came in plastered, carrying two tall boys... one was open. He was extremely rude to the server tending his table. He was told politely that he couldn’t come in with an open container of alcohol and that he’d have to put it in the trash. With having a rainwater basin/runoff waterway behind our house mosquitoes, I will say are quite problematic at our dwelling I would highly recommend Mosquito Joe's for all your mosquito eradication needs..
