I’ve been an off and on again customer for a couple of years. Today I got a call that they completed a treatment without my authorization and charged me for it even after I told them I was upset and that I didn’t want the service and didn’t want to start till June. They told me it’s just their policy. We didn’t even use them last summer bc our home was being renovated and we weren’t living there. They killed my Frazier Firs. I used Mosquito Squad initially and they worked great. When Mosquito Joe came along and offered a cheaper rate, I went with them. I had recently purchased 5 Frazier firs and planted them a year or two prior than using MosquitoJoe. They were sprouting and doing very well. Mosquito Joe sprayed them and they ALL slowly died. In Summer 2016, I received an offer postcard for a Mosquito joe reduced price Introductory treatment. One Treatment. We have a Large Cookout every August, so I figured I'd give it a try. All went well, our small front and L large backyards were treated. Then a Mosquito Joe service man showed up unsolicited and unannounced to treat my home in Spring 2017. Yards have many pests-not just mosquitos. So when i reached out to the team at Mosquito Joe, once again, they went completely out of their way to solve my yard issue. It is clear that they stand firm on their motto of “making your outside fun again.” They truly are an amazing group of people!!
