I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
