Bought a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited Nov. 2018. Have had trouble with it from the day I drove it off the lot. Took it to I 77 Ford for service because I didn't want to drive over an hour to get to Moses. Problem was not fixed. So decided to take it back to Moses in hopes they could fix my problem. Made appointment and drove down to St. Albans. When I made the appointment I believed the main computer board needed replaced. Service guy said that didn't need to be in my complaint. RecommendedI had James parsons as a salesmen and he made buying a car a breeze compared to my experience at another local dealer . Moses definitely made me feel like I was getting a good deal and never pressured to buy something I didn’t like . I give them a 10/10
answer the phone and return calls, the actual sale was good, after the sale is terrible, they need to get their paperwork done
