I am disappointed in my brand new car I bought. We have had multiple problems with it. My husband and I were hoping that we could trade it in there for around the same payment and get me something different because we had a great experience the first time. They seem to not want to work with us, so that’s unfortunate.

Recommendedgreat friendly staff, my only complaint is I drive a 2007 ford F350 and had a tire rotation. air pressure is 65psi front, 75psi rear. they rotated my tires from front to rear and did not recheck the tire pressure. had to stop at a tire store on the way home to have the correct psi put in my tires. price was good for the oil change I recieved. So now it begs the question do I need to recheck work performed if the technician couldn't even do a simple psi check upon rotating my tires?
