Took my 2018 F-150 in for the Works Promotional offer for $29.95, plus the annual inspection sticker for a grand total of $80+ dollars , I asked them about a slit on the outside of the right front tire, they said they would look at it, so when they let me know that the truck was ready I asked them about the tire they said they did not look at it,or forget or just no communication, and now I have to take it back, they left some of the old sticker on my front windshield, And another sticker I had on there for representing the ... read more
Took vehicle for the Works and found that they hadn’t rotated my tires. They checked it on the paperwork and charged me. After thought did they really change my oil Wouldn’t trust them

RecommendedI bought a 2020 Explorer ST over the weekend. I must say this was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had with a dealer. It’s a difficult time with this virus but the paperwork was ready in minutes and we were learning all the options and on our way within an hour. The Finance manager was great and very helpful and Austin our sales person was great and took his time showing us everything in the hot weather. I highly recommend them!
