Dale C was horrible! Not only was he a seller on property I bought but he was the realtor at this broker. After I have closed, I now have found out that there are pipes busted under the foundation causing $28,000 more out of pocket!!! This was not an over night issue and he had to be aware. The fact this broker would employ someone with these horrible work ethics is pathetic. He only cared to make a buck!
