Tonight we celebrated my parent’s wedding anniversary. We have been celebrating my parent’s anniversary at Morton’s for 6 years and have always had great service. But tonight this is the worst service we have ever had! First, my niece has a gluten allergy and has always ordered the Chicken Christopher as a gluten free dish for 6 years then to find out the chef wouldn’t make it! Beautiful presentation, manager stopped by to ensure we were happy with our lunch, very tasty food.
FROM the minute I walked in, nobody was there to greet or direct. I had to search for my party get a very dimly lit restaurant. The service was the slowest. Had to ask for the waiter, two or three times. My steak was supposed to have a lovely sauce and it came without. after a 1 and 1/2 hour dinner I ordered a coffee drink. the waiter reappeared 15 minutes later with a cold drink and a hot drink and charged us for both. very disappointing. 6: 30 p. m. Monday January 27th.
