My 7year old and I visited the ER yesterday morning. Was a great experience. Although the construction was noisy, every staff member made up for it by far! Friendly humorous, knowledgeable and fairly quick for as busy as they were. Nobody wants to go to the hospital, but we're always pleased when we have to go to North Bay. Our pesky little bead in his ear wasn't removed but they tried.
Great facilities Great staff I would highly recommend this hospital
Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Had trouble finding parking and one of the staff pulled into a spot with his golf cart and flagged me down to park there. Now that's going above and beyond for your customers.
Very professional and very personal at the same time their just Great. They made me proud as a former nurse even without them even knowing that I was a caregiver for over 25 years. Way to go team. : )
