The entire visit gets a triple "A". Caring professionals, friendly, explaining everything to me. My decision to sign myself out against the good doctors' advice is the same reason that I would repeat that at every hospital whatever the place and time. It is frightening to encounter medical professionals who are not versed on PAH or have never heard of Tracleer. Interaction of meds do kill people. No complaints on the staff, end to end, nor the care tey provided to me. Bay Care Rocks!

ER staff for the most part was fantastic...and Dr. Dan A Williams was by far the best ER Physician I have seen over the past 25 years...second only to Dr. Ravi who treated my son at Bayonet Point Hospital back in the early 90's. Dr. Williams took the time to talk to me and more importantly to listen to me.

I was Never given a room and sat in the hallway while bleeding really bad and having a miscarriage. Then I was never checked correctly and was sent home. Ended up going to another hospital and they checked my uterus and I then had a full miscarriage and was informed that this hospital should've done more and not sent me home while still bleeding and crying in pain! The only good thing was the nurse Rachel Poland, who took time to talk to me and was working very hard. She was the only good thing about the place

The reason I gave it a 5 star is I was actually at the medical arts building but they are connected. I would never go back to that ER department because I sat in that ER waiting room for 2 1/2 hours and I finally left. I had issues with blood pressure but they did not feel it was bad. 74/44 was the BP. Alot of flu people were more important and I did leave and then got a bill for close to a 1000.00, for what? I guess signing in. But whatever. Their ER sucks but this review is for the staff at the lab and radiology. FANTASTIC... read more
