once again great caring service, in a timely manner, everyone from the admissions staff to the nurses to the drs are polite and go that extra mile to get my special needs kid the attention he needs and understand how upsetting the trip to an er can be
Friendly male nurse named Jimmy. Doctor was bit distant and bedside manner wasnt the most pleasant but overall good visit.
If you find yourself in the ER at Morton Plant, consider yourself lucky if you have a nurse named Tre. She is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Morton Plant should make sure they keep some-one like her in their ER. They should consider themselves lucky to have her on staff..
I want to thank the wonderful medical & nursing staff for the outstanding care my husband received. He presented to the ER with chest pain & was triaged immediately. All the diagnostic testing was done quickly.He was transferred to the Cardiac unit & seen by cardiologist. Emergency cardiac catheterization done which saved his life. I am so grateful to have my husband home with me. Thank you North Bay Hospital!!
The doctors and nurses were very polite they took my injuries very seriously and did everything possible to make me feel comfortable there and they were very fast with getting the results the X rays MRI and everything because they felt that it was necessary to be very quick about my injuries I will definitely go there over Trinity any day
This hospital is great the staff who work here are so wonderful & friendly I recommend everyone to come here
