I applied for a VA mortgage loan with this company. At the beginning of the process, I informed them of my situation which is I was currently in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, and was informed that it would not be a problem by ****. I discovered that Mortgage Solutions Financial charged us double the taxes on our escrow account when I received my county tax bill. They now owe ** $933 durbto the error. I had asked if they could apply it to my mortgage payment to assist in getting my account up to date. I was told that anything over $50 had to me mailed to me. I was told a check was mailed out on August 28, 2023. I started a loan request on July 12, 2023. I sent back everything that was requested same day. They requested a credit supplement. That took until August 8th with very little contact (mainly by me). Finally, we decided to take me off the loan and only use hubby. That didn't work out as we found out ***** doesn't have a ***. WE found that out. Not them. We refinanced our house in November 2022 with mortgage solutions. We were questioning when our first payment was due and had contacted mortgage solutions and asked and they told us February 2023 and just to be safe. I had contacted our loan officer and emailed him as well and he never got a response back to me so we waited until February ************************************************* ****. Drawn out process, but we had someone with us every step of the way, which is more than I can say about other lenders. Would work with MSF again.

This company told me I was approved in April 2023 and all I needed to do was wait until June 30th to be able to sign my paperwork. Because we were extending for that long the homeowner said he would hold it but the ******* money was not refundable. I have waited and now they wont approve me. Nothing has changed on my end and *************************** will not give me a reason why. I dont have a home or a place to live after July 2, 2023
