I refinanced in October of 2020 with this company. Their representative that I was doing my refinance with was great and super helpful! I was very excited when he said we had November and December 2020 of not having to pay the mortgage (the kiddo got a PS5! he was thrilled and so were we). I completed a refinance on my home and when it was time for the appraisal, there was inclement weather and it had to be rescheduled, and during the time the rate lock in period had expired. My loan Officer Lisa Booker went above and beyond to lock in my rate so that I did not have to pay enormous point fees. This to me is a fine example of customer service that truly benefitted me, the customer, in the end. Her service should be duly noted for her exemplary efforts.

So I called them last November ish to get some information about the VA home loan they offered. Got some good information. More than I had from other mortgage companies. Deplorable service in their home office and customer service department. I set up my mortgage payments to come out automatically. We are first time home buyers and we didn't want to miss any payments. Our first payment was set to come out on October 1, 2020. It didn't, so I logged into the online portal and manually made the payment and received a confirmation email. It never processed out of my bank. Same thing for November. It appears that on 9/18/20 the customer set up a one-time draft for 10/1/20 and ACH payments on the portal. ACH was to begin 11/1/20. On 10/6/20 the OTD payment she made for 10/1 came back as cannot locate. This could mean the bank account info was entered incorrectly because the bank couldn’t locate any account with that information. On 10/15/20 she resubmitted the payment, which matches her claim, however she used the same banking information so the payment came back returned cannot locate once again on 10/20/20. This company is garbage I have giving them everything they asked for so I could close on time they didn't say anything and the last minute they want me to resend them and a bunch of silly non sense. I wished I went with a different company. The assistant Nicole ********is completely incompetent. Do yourself a favor go with a good company.

Horrible company. Does not care about customers. I had a previous loan with this company in Colorado, had no issues so when moving out of state and buying a new house in Kansas, it was a no brainer to continue to use them. I was sooo wrong! I was pre approved, using my spouses VA Entitlement. Had the home inspection done and appraisal. Kept in touch with lender, and made sure we were on track. Kept telling me all was good. In the beginning I was very happy with my mortgage. However, after some years they suddenly decided to up my mortgage from $1148 to $1500 telling me my escrow was deficient. And it was, but after fixing it they decided to keep my paying way too much which included PMI which should have been cancelled years ago. I have a fixed rate so that is not the reason. My husband and I decided to get a home built back in December 2019 as first time buyers. The scheduled time for the home to be completed was June 2020. Prior to the initial closing process, our loan/officer processor submitted our information to the underwriter of Mortgage Solutions of Colorado LLC, as a preliminary review. All was good.
