When your wife comes in the bathroom and makes fun of you admiring your new smile, then you know the staff at Mortenson has done a great job.
This office is absolutely amazing. Everyone treats you like family. They see my disabled daughter as well as my other children and they are fantastic with them. This is the first dentist office we've been to that the kids haven't cried. Plus the lobby has snacks! And drinks! Plus diapers in the bathroom. They are just so caring.
I showed up before my appointment that was scheduled today and the door was locked and the lights were off and no one was there. I called and they apparently didn't feel like working today and cancelled my appointment without telling me. Their response was "well we called on the 14th". No voicemail, no other calls, and nothing on their text alerts that I receive that my appointment was involuntarily cancelled. Today was my first appt & I was so impressed with the entire staff that I met! I have a dental phobia, but they put me completely at ease!
They are so good with kids, my daughter loves it here.
