Appliances were good and for the most part, updated appliances. I will say, make sure your seal is good around your outside door, I constantly had problems with rain and snow getting in. Also, if you have someone living above you, get some noise cancelling headphones or ear plugs. Yes, it is normal to hear people, but not to the point of being woken up in the middle of the night. I have absolutely enjoyed living here at Mortensen Heights. The amenities are amazing! It is very affordable for the great amenities we get as well as only having to pay for electricity. I dealt with the management when I re-leased and was in the process of getting a new roommate. They are always so easy to work with and made that process so smooth! Hands down an amazing place to live, you will not regret it!
