The sales people were very helpful and sent me a video of the vehicle addressing my questions.5 stars for the people - However the $2,000 assumed trade in allowance and a $599 Dealer fee being deducted from the Car Guru's published price is very misleading and I would classify as dishonest. To be fair, All of this was disclosed after we started communicating but it left a bad impression for me and that was enough to move on to other dealer options. Good experience with the dealership
Great customer service. I didn't remember till I emailed my insurance agent to get a quote on new insurance amount and he wanted to know make, model, year etc. That I am not ready for all the paperwork involved with buying a car & the double taxes I have to pay as well as paying the sales tax immediately. Just not ready for all that. I'm good with my Jeep Liberty for now. When
I liked the salesman. I liked the car. They lowball trade ins and advertise a lower price, but if you have financing with a bank that they arenât associated with, they charge you a thousand dollars more. I wouldnât purchase from them because of their lack of transparency regarding sale prices and their trade in price. Within the last 4 months, the car being traded in was given a trade in value of $4,000 more.

Not a good experience for us. They have great options but the finance process is a bit of a joke. Apparently the price online is only if you finance through them. If you use your own bank you are penalized a few grand.

Contacted my right away, weren't pushy but helpful. Fairly impressed
Too many miles to move forward with the purchase but Del and the team were great to work with at McCarthy- Morse.
