They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important.
