office manager Janeth G is extremely rude and would not give me an appointment because she claims I disrespected her a few months ago (which I have no clue what shes talking about because I havent been to this office since 2020) when I asked to speak to Dr Sonbolian she said he doesnt speak to patients.
Very rude and agressive. He made my daughters gums bleed and hurt after a cleaning. Do not recommend.
We miss our Lady Dentist, she's good and very accommodating but the reason we left are the Front Desk Staff - they are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I thought just me and my family but now I came to know that my Nephew and Niece have been experiencing the same attitude. How many have left??? Surely, we are willing to come back only when the staff are fully trained to be PROFESSIONAL!

Horrible service. He was rough and quick. Still had me filling out paper work after he finished cleaning my teeth. However, the front staff was great.
Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Absolutely Does this Dentist have a good reminder system about cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments? Great Was the Dentist able to take and develop x-rays in their office? They told me something was wrong with my daughter's teeth, but didn't tell me what was wrong with her teeth and told me to call to schedule an appt. later in the year. I don't know why I couldn't schedule it then. They strapped my son down in order to give him fillings instead of using gas. He looked like the guy from silence of the lambs.
