I usually see a Different Lady at the Front Desk when I check in. And different Nurses when I go to the Back!!!! They are ALL AWESOME!!!! We become like Family before I Leave!!!
The complete process from check in to procedure to recovery and checking out is very professional. It took several injections to stop my lower back pain. The other way was to have back surgery, not needed now!
Recently received an ablation that I really didn't want. I was in extreme pain and had numbness in my foot. Called the office and the on call. There staff would NOT help or even accept responsibility. Said that my procedure didn't cause it but I wasn't having these symptoms before. I'm a nurse and they told me complete lies or they are too ignorant to even know their procedures their doctors are performing. They said I could go to the ER which is an out of town ER. I always feel heard and understood. There is so much compassion and empathy from all of the staff. I appreciate them all.
I have been a patient at TVPC for several years now and Dr. Scherlis has always treated me like I’m his only patient. He cares! He takes the time to give you the best possible treatment. I will drive hours to see a Doctor that really cares and understands what the patient needs. Dr. Scherlis is that doctor and I recommend him to anyone who suffers from spinal pain.
Dr. Scherlis and the entire TVPC team are amazing! I have been getting injections for several years now and they help so much! I am very thankful for everyone at TVPC! Dr. Scherlis, Amy, and Teresa are wonderful!
The amount of pain relief I end up with following procedures changes the quality of my day to day life. Consistently, I experience the admin staff, the nurses, all those in the procedure room, the anesthesiologist and staff, the recovery team - and Dr. Scherlis to be relatable, listening, attentive and kind.
Everyone from signing in to leaving the procedure was AWESOME. DR My hats goes off especially to my nurse to Jessica for her tries on starting my IV. It wasn't her fault she got Tiffany to start it and did fine. Jessica said had she not put a tourniquet on me it would have been fine. Believe it or not it worked when Tiffany started it. Dr. Scherlis aways does a great job putting the medication just where it needs to be. I would recommend him to anyone who needs injections. Thank you Dr Scherlis and all his staff.
