Very friendly staff. Dr. Scherlis is a great person and very good at what he does.He does a great job of explaining things and making sure that the patient is comfortable and confident in his work. I usually see a Different Lady at the Front Desk when I check in. And different Nurses when I go to the Back!!!! They are ALL AWESOME!!!! We become like Family before I Leave!!!
The complete process from check in to procedure to recovery and checking out is very professional. It took several injections to stop my lower back pain. The other way was to have back surgery, not needed now!
Recently received an ablation that I really didn't want. I was in extreme pain and had numbness in my foot. Called the office and the on call. There staff would NOT help or even accept responsibility. Said that my procedure didn't cause it but I wasn't having these symptoms before. I'm a nurse and they told me complete lies or they are too ignorant to even know their procedures their doctors are performing. They said I could go to the ER which is an out of town ER.
