Felt like death all weekend. Went to Immediate Care, treated by Barb N.P. and 2 wonderful nurses Christine and Laurie. Excellent care.
The old lady needs to retire. Bring in someone with some empathy and compassion. If you’re visiting immediate care, its more than likely it wasn’t the most ideal situation, or planned. I didn’t need her rude condemnation. I wasn’t able to even speak without her talking over me. My crime, arriving at 1:15, when they closed at 2:00. If my 86 year old father wasn’t in a wheelchair, and we were able to easily walk out and go somewhere else, as she suggested I would have. They actually see babies unlike Riverside Immediate Care Coal City who turns away anyone under 18 months. (this was mind blowing to me). Thankful for Morris Immediate Care.
Absolutely recommend, very nice people was in and out for a dot physical. Very professional and friendly.
