Out vehicle was not ready when it was supposed to be, someone blocked it in and no one knew where the keys were to move the other vehicles so our car was just stuck. Then when we get the car we are given two keys that are held together with RUBBER BANDS!!!!! The black fob part was broken on both sets and the genius thought "hmmmm lets just wrap a rubber band around it and that should hold it!" Is this not a luxury car dealership? I almost forgot our car had to be brought back because the tire pressure sensors light came on. ... read more
Great dealership! Smart and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
The service dept is nice but the salesmen and finance people up front...not so much! Don't even acknowledge you..not used to this kind of impersonal service.
