They are a bunch of liars and morons. Nothing but trouble with my car purchased there. Watch out for shady salesman selling extended warranty that is supposed to be a GM plan. It's not part of GM, but really a third party
Bought a Used vehicle from the lot. Bought it as is. Drove it home for 45 minutes, back hurt. Tried to adjust the lumbar support. Lumbar support didn't work. Called 3 hours after the purchase, was told "It was sold as is, you had the chance to buy the warranty, sorry about that, goodbye." Thanks. Phenomenal customer service. Morrison has beat every dealership in Michigan with cost and options. Continually goes above and beyond most dealers by driving to my home with newly leased vehicle and all we have to do is sign. Morrison has our business for years to come.
This is absolutely the WORST place to buy a car. Engine blew after just two years. They advertise "Absolutely the finest preowned vehicles in Cuyahoga County". This has been the worst experience of my life. I bought a Cadillac from a Cadillac dealership and now feel like I just stopped at a gavel pit lot and was sold a beater.
