RecommendedTraveling from Arizona to Vermont we needed to have the oil changed in the middle of our trip. They were very accommodating. Very friendly and the service was quick. We were back on the road in no time.
Prior to splitting up the Cadillac side from everything else, I would give them 5 stars out of 5. The GMC/Buick side is ok. There's something missing back in service. The people are all nice enough and any complaints have always been taken care of and satisfactorily. It's little things that get over-looked that cause that return trip to finish things up. I find them to be an honest dealership and will continue to take my car there for service.
I BOUGHT A 2015 SIERRA 2500 PICKUP TRUCK AT MORRIS. UNFORTUNATELY THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS LEFT ME VERY DISAPPOINTED. THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF A PROBLEM THAT IS UNDER WARRANTY AND NOW THEY WON'T. I SPENT OVER $50,000. ON THAT PURCHASE. I WILL NOT BE BUYING THEIR EVER AGAIN AND WOULD SUGGEST EVERYONE ELSE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I WISH THEY WOULD MAKE GOOD ON THEIR AGREEMENT. THAT'S ALL I ASK.
Wewerethereyesterday and we had excellent service from everyone we came in contact with. They even have great coffee in the waiting room with snacks at no cost, I was impressed with the beautiful building.
