This has to be the worst car buying experience ever! The sales people are very unprofessional the first two sales people that I worked with never called back or followed up like they said they would. Follow the advice of most others on Facebook: Do not conduct business with this dealership (I wish I would have looked here first). I was interested in a used car advertised by this dealer on Autotrader.com. I emailed to confirm availability and told the car was available. I have had work done with other Cadillac dealerships and this is by far the WORST customer service I have ever received. Had my car brought in for a battery change and a few filters and without my permission decided to look into a recall, and then broke a part on my vehicle. I am now stranded thousands of miles away from home. No rental car offered, no offer to pay for my hotel which I had to stay another night due to their mistake. My in-laws had a horrible experience with this dealership. Do not buy a car from them.
Needed to have key fob reprogrammed, took a while longer than i thought but it was done correctly and they did a few other necessary things at no charge. Very polite to.
NOT HAPPY!!!! Maybe try going the extra mile. Asking too much?
