Very happy with how thorough they are. I definitely will continue using them as my family's go to for eye issues.
I went in forgetting I had a vision plan and requested no extras. When I realized my mistake part way through the procedures, they kindly provided the additional services. I'm returning for another visit at no charge because I had already had my eyes dilated but they want to be certain my prescription is correct before I order the wrong glasses! We even had a few laughs. Thank you Maybelline, Dr Bodman, Abe, Megan and the other great folks who helped correct my error. �
Always takes too long. Always trying to charge people more than a reasonable cost. Always crowded waiting room with not enough room for the old people barely able to get past the crowded check in. Always overbooked with people.
Horrible service, a total rip off and waste of time, read the reviews first!
I have gone to Morris Eye Group for several years now, 10 year I believe… I have always been treated with the upmost respect, professionalism, and have had quite good care.
STAY AWAY!!! Horrible customer service! Incompetence in scheduling appointments! Lack of knowledge. Tried to over charge me! Pure waste of my time!!!
Ethnicly not happy camper with this business....told too much.... y had to see other optometrist..not place Prove law suit
