I had a bump on my head that was getting concerning and impacting my day to day. Made appointment here and the rest was literally a breeze! First appointment they identified the issue. Second appointment was a quick 20 minute outpatient surgery to remove a pilar cyst. Third appointment was stitches. Entire process was painless. Fast! Professional. The doctor here shaved as minimal hair as possible and did a great job. Honestly - I'm so glad I found this place and highly recommend!
I was recommended by the VA for a Dermatology appointment to see what underlying condition is causing my nails to curl under my fingertips, in the most peculiar way. (I researched it online to find that there could be some very serious medical reasons causing it.) Dr. Jenkins said she would need to look it up, at my appointment, and would get back to me. Two days later, a nurse called and said, "Cut your nails short." What a waste of my time and the VA's money! I wasn't concerned about HOW they looked. I wanted to know WHY.
