Ordered a new tie rod for my Jeep. Had the wrong ends on it. They were close but were the wrong ends. They were "Used" since i tried to put them in. I chatted with customer service and was told no refund because they were used, even though it was there mistake. I offered to send them back so they could see that they were wrong and they just stopped talking to me. Horrible customer service. Go somewhere else to buy parts. Wish I could give a 0 star. I placed an order and received my item, it does not fit our Jeep the way pictures and videos show. Been trying for two weeks to get a label to return the item for a refund. I have gotten nothing but a run around from this company. I have now filed a PayPal case to get my money back. Obviously they DO NOT stand behind their products. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I'd prefer to give a zero stars, but no option. While prices and products are ok, actually filling and shipping orders as promised simply does NOT happen. I've placed about a half dozen orders from them and only ONE was actually shipped/delivered as indicated and promised. All others were extremely LATE with no communication from Morris 4x4 to notify me of that. Terrible customer service.

JEEP COMMUNITY BEWARE. Also ordered an item from Morris because it showed "IN STOCK" on their website. Four months later, no status update on the order, I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. Fast forward another month and they are still holding my $$$ ****** because they reportedly can't communicate with the manufacturer..... for an item that was sold as IN STOCK. Will never do business with them again. Should have read all the dismal reviews on here before buying.

Rebuilding **** Jeep CJ7 and was ordering parts from Morris 4X4. Got parts that werent for my jeep. Morris say ***** delivered two door panels but I got one. Still waiting on Morris. Got wrong Gasket kit that Morris said would fit. Talked to three different Morris people chat line. One did send a return label but charged me for Morris mistake.Still have several parts not delivered yet. This company sold out to Parts Anything. They dont stock anything. They order your parts for you. Not a reputable Company.

I bought a ******* radiator from them. The first one came damaged. They sent me a 2nd one and left me with the junk 1st item. I installed the 2nd radiator and it leaked, dumping all of the coolant out. I messaged them asking for a refund. They replied telling me I'd get a refund once I send it back. I reinstalled the factory radiator and had ZERO leaks. I sent the ******* radiator back. My refund was not given thus far.
