Used Morris for some years without problems. It seems though sadly the company has taken a new direction which is very unhelpful to its customer base. So here's the skinny on this. Placed an order on 5/24/23 in the amount of $946.72 for LOD rock sliders. Website said these were in stock. First strike is that is not the case. they are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. False advertising and no regard for the customer. I placed an order for track bars. The description didn't say it was a set, so I ordered 2. Then the order confirmation showed a completely different picture (there have been 3 different pictures depicting 3 different items) showing it as a set so I called to cancel one of the two sets and was refunded for that set. Morris 4x4 center has gone out of business. The manufacturer received an email from them about two weeks ago. The manufacturer had my order but they have not been paid. The phone number listed is useless. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The absolute worst order management, tracking and shipping system that I have ever seen. I placed a significant order for parts since they had a better price than their competitor. However, the minute the order was placed, it was tagged as shipped. No tracking number for the individual parts. No listing of the carrier. Nothing. If I had an option for NO STARS, I would have picked that! On 11-14-22 I inquired about a part. M4x4 said two were in stock and would cost $127.99 and would be mailed out today. Fast forward to today 5/2/23 after receiving a generic monthly email regarding the manufacture not having in stock, my shipment is delayed. After numerous phone calls in trying to pin point a ETA and having been told how it is NOT M4x4's problem, its was the manufacture's problem. I ordered a set of door handles from Morris 4x4. It should have been an easy transaction. They emailed me confirmation of the purchase. Ten days later, they emailed me confirmation of shipment, only to inform me of a delay that same day. After that, no further emails followed. I checked my spam folder. No more emails. I gave them a few weeks before I contacted them. I used their online chat tool... which directed me to their lost good claims web page... which directed me to call customer service. On 3/30, the package was delivered to your front door where a delivery photo was provided. With this, the claim that was submitted on 4/16 was denied because proof of delivery was provided. they advertise false shipping claims on the website, then AFTER you purchase they send a email with a estimated shipping date....they don't even ship some products themselves, they supposedly ship from the manufacturer....cancelled my order because they couldn't provide any shipment information...STAY AWAY

I am beyond disappointed and annoyed with the lack Of attention my missing order has received. My order was placed a month ago and arrived with no hardware for my installation. After cl reacting Morris 4x4 center several times - at least 8 - I have still not had my issue resolved. I have spent countless time on the phone with them and most Of that time has been me sitting in hold and eventually getting nowhere, disconnected or hung up on.

I will NEVER buy anything from Morris 4x4 again! I have ordered from them twice now and have had issues both times. First time my order had missing pieces and they did nothing about it. Second time they sent me the wrong kit for my jeep and are not willing to work with me on any kind of exchange.
