I placed an order for a brake kit online and received a shipment notice the next day ,Sunday? I thought this was wonderful. Product shipped via ***** and sat in ******** with no movement for a week. I called ***** and was informed I needed to wait two more days before they could open a lost claim. Terrible! support!! I just bought a Jeep that I am completely re-doing. Out of excitement I ordered a set of window cranks not even remembering that my jeep does not have windows. So I had online support conversation to get a RA# to return the item. I was informed that I will be charged a re-stocking fee and a return label fee. I think this is pretty poor for an honest mistake. I will not be ordering from them again!

Well, I wish I had read reviews first also. Had a top delivered with critical missing parts. I have been trying to resolve with them for a long time. Finally told them I just wanted to return since I kept getting the run around. After months of emails now they tell me it's too late to return. Buyer beware! Never again.

I figured I shop with a smaller business not knowing they aren't that at all.Morris 4x4 is owned by ************...Anyways,in Nov. of 2021 I ordered Bestop tube doors,the steel enclosures and the soft uppers.Got the enclosures and uppers within two weeks,the tube doors were going to be later (backordered), didn't say that anywhere when the order was placed.So over the course of the next TEN MONTHS I would periodically get an email pushing the shipment date back until they were discontinued ...Never recieved a refund for thos... read more

BUYER BEWARE There is a reason they are lowest rated 4x4 shop on all the legit reviews websites. The Retured policy for this business is criminal. A 20% re-stocking fee. I bought the wrong shocks, an honest mistake. These are $1350 shocks, they are penalizing me $230 plus to return the shocks. Mind you these were never taken out of the box and in the original packaging. They act like this is Normal business, 20%??????? If you exchange it they don't penalize you, but they don't or never offered the model shock I was looking f... read more

Really wish Id checked the reviews before I decided to do business with this place over Quadratrec. I thought it would be good karma to help a smaller business - HUGE mistake!! I ordered a top for my YJ and everything went fine with the delivery but when I went to install the top, I discovered that my Jeep had been vandalized. It was already a "project" vehicle and with all the tires and seats slashed, it was no longer worth hanging onto so I got rid of it. I placed an order for new wheels and Morris 4x4 immediately charged my credit card. One week later my order status is still showing "processing". I contacted Morris and they said that they would email me with an update. Another week later after no update I contacted Morris again. They checked and they could not locate any inventory. I cancelled my order and they said my money would be refunded in 5-7 business days. So they have my money for three weeks and would have been longer had I not kept following up. Ive been purchasing from this website for a couple of years now and never had any issues until i ran into a problem with ordering a teraflex steering kit with tie rod that was sold as a kit. I buy parts for my jeep all the time and dont always install them right away so when this big package came in i assumed both parts were inside and i kept it in my shed until i found the time to install. I bought a fuel pump for a YJ jeep. When I went to install it I noticed that the wires were disconnected at the weld. I sent an email to ****replacement and 2.5 weeks later I’m still waiting for them to contact a supplier. This company service is horrible and I refuse to buy anything from them buyer beware.
