communication was lacking. Also we were told our wiring harness was getting replaced. this was not correct, they cut the wires & spliced a new end on. They stated this was the way Ford recommends the repair. we paid $581 for the repair that we could have had done at an independent shop for $170, but took it to the Dealership because we were told the harness was getting replaced. This morning, I called Morries to get my vehicle serviced, they at 1st offered me next Wednesday, told them my situation was able to be worked in same day. Greeted and treated by excellent staff thru the whole process. They even replaced by battery for free at no charge, delivering excellent customer service. Thanks to all that made this experience great!
For the second time now Morries service has been awful. Made appointment 1 week out for service and dropped off vehicle at 8:00am for an 8:15 appointment time. I asked the service advisor to call me with an estimate before any work was completed and for him to call me at 12:00 for an update. Well...no call at noon and I had to call him back 45 minutes later after leaving a message. Well come to find out that my vehicle was not even looked at. So why make an appointment one week out? I had a very good experience with Morris’s Buffalo Ford when I recently had my 2014 Explorer in for service. I was warmly greeted by Sheila and checked in a timely manner. I was offered a loaner for the day which I Glad took. After the diagnosis on my vehicle I was sent text messages and a video of what had been done and what needed to be done along with costs. Horrible experience so far. Hard to give them money. Car was “detailed.” My wife’s water is so dirty it’s pathetic after cleaning just two seats. Found wrappers and goldfish crackers under the passenger seat. The dvd/cd player doesn’t work. I do not recommend this place. Stay away. Save your money and your time.
