Bought my truck in Minnetonka, it came from buffalo- found out that it had not been checked over yet when they delivered it to Minnetonka . They made it right and went over my list of things I wanted looked at- did it fast too-1 day turnaround!

My Mom brought her Lincoln there to fix the recall on her airbag. She had an appointment. They even ordered the part in advance. They told her 4 hours max. She dropped her car off early am and they gave her a rental. She called a few times to check status with no return call. She finally got ahold of someone at 4pm who said they are just getting it on the lift now. She pulled in to pick up her car and it was still in the lot. It hadn’t been touched.
