I could write a book on how terrible my service - or lack of service - has been in attempting to get a new key for my Ford Edge which we purchased from this dealer. I purchased a brake light switch for my 2012 Ford Expedition from Morrie's. After replacing the switch myself I still had no brake lights. I took the truck into service only to be informed that the brand new switch I bought was bad. Then not only was I charged $140 for the news I was also charged $20 more for the same part I bought from the parts counter 4 days prior.
